The Romantic Garden is a dedicated, enthusiastic team of floral designers and event decorators led by designer Sue Nairn Smith. We originated in 1996 as a floral and botanical specialty shop and have since found our true love and inspiration in event and wedding design and decoration.

Sue is a Manhattan-trained floral designer, business school graduate, and former electrical engineer. Her commitment is that each event cohesively blends the florals, linens, and decor to create the ambiance dreamed of by her clients. Sue's previous twelve years of corporate project management experience and her MBA education ensures that each event is professionally managed and timed — an invaluable, and often unexamined, qualification of event work vendors.

The staff Sue has been fortunate enough to meet and work with over the years is outgoing, knowledgeable, and experienced. Together they make every event a fun and rewarding experience.
